Delivery

Postage will be by Australia Post (regular or express). You will need to enter postcode details so that correct postage can be calculated.

Delivery throughout Australia via regular post generally takes 1-7 days depending on location. For purchases over $50 I would highly recommend registered post, as Australia Post will not cover lost packages over this amount with general postage. Insurance (registered post or standard postage) can be arranged if required. Registered post starts at an additional $2.60 per package.

Local buyers (i.e. Albury-Wodonga) can arrange to pick up their purchases.

Overseas purchasers will need to contact me regarding postage.

Please inform me of your requirements in the comments at the checkout.

If you require your purchase urgently (as most jewellery is made to order) please say so in the comments box at checkout. I will contact you as soon as possible.

Guarantee/Refunds

I guarantee that the products shown on this web site are made using the materials listed in the description. If there is any fault in the product, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. There will be a small charge for any earrings returned due to the earwires/studs needing to be replaced for reasons of hygiene. Any postage costs for returning items will be borne by the purchaser.

Pricing/Payment

There is no GST on any item as we are not registered for this tax option.

Anyone interested in purchasing any of my products for re-sale please contact me to discuss wholesale pricing.  Generally, a minimum purchase of $100 applies, plus proof of business (ie ABN or equivalent) to recieve a discount.

Payment will be accepted by direct deposit, bank cheque, money order or credit card (by telephone, mail, email or in person.or by PayPal).
